第一单元 招呼（Greeting）
在竞争日趋激烈的商业活动中，接待顾客的第一句话，通常是先问好，如"Good morning sir/madam."(先生/女士，早上好。)这是服务业不可缺少的礼
节，。而“May I help you?”（我能为您效劳吗？），更是相当重要的招呼用语，用以激发顾客的购买愿望，从而奠定交易成功的基础。
经典对话1：（ C=Customer 顾客 S=Salesclerk 售货员）
S: Can I help you，madam ? 女士，能为您效劳吗？
C: Yes.Can you help me find a lip stick ? 能否帮我选个唇膏？

第二单元 请再说一遍好吗? Pardon?
有时候我们会听不懂或听不清楚顾客的问题,在这种情况下,就必须懂得如何礼貌地周旋,"Pardon ?"是最简单也是最客气的反问语,意思是:"对不起,请再说
一遍."或者可请懂英语的人来应付,但要避免在听不懂客人所说的话时笑嘻嘻的样子,因为这样是相当没有礼貌的.
一、常用句型：
1、Parodn(me)?/ Beg your pardon? 请再说一遍好吗？
2、I'm sorry,I didn't understand you .抱歉，我不了解您的意思。
3、Would you mind repeating your question ,please ? 麻烦您再说一遍（您的问题），好吗？（repeating 重复，反复）
