外国人来华邀请函
一、申请邀请函的中国企业资格
1、在我省依法登记的法人企业（注册资金在50万元人民币以上）（以下简称邀请单位），
可申办邀请与本单位有实质业务的外国人以商务（f字）签证入境。
2、注册资金不够的单位，必须出具与有申办资格单位的合同或担保函；没有出口权的单
位，必须出具与有出口权单位的合作合同。 注：以上期限以合同期限为准。
二、备案，初次申办商务(f字)签证通知表需提交的材料（一式两份）
1、如实填写：“邀请单位申办《被授权单位签证通知表》备案表” [附件:申请单位备案
表.doc]
2、企业法人身份证复印件或护照复印件（签名、办公电话及手机号、加盖企业公章）；
3、专办员（必须是邀请单位员工）身份证复印件（签名、办公电话及手机号、加盖企业
公章）；
4、邀请单位企业营业执照副本复印件（上年度已通过年审、加盖企业公章）；

三、审批流程
首先，根据外商来华目的，合资格的企业将申请资料送到顺德贸促会办理；然后，经顺
德贸促会初审后，再送到省贸促会审批；最后，省贸促会把邀请函的正本寄回顺德贸促会，
由顺德贸促会通知并转交申请企业。
四、申请资料
（材料均用a4纸复印纸提交，材料不清楚或资料不齐全视为无效，文件一式两份）

3. 邀请单位企业营业执照副本复印件（上年度已通过年审）；
4. 邀请单位银行资信证明（内容包括：公司全称、注册帐号、是否有效、是否有经常往

5. 外国人有效护照复印件（必须清晰可见姓名、出生日期、国籍、护照号码、护照有效
期等信息，且护照有效期须在半年以上）；
6. 被邀请人单位（个人）银行资信证明（英文证明内容包括：公司全称（个人姓名）、
注册帐号、是否有效、是否有经常往来、有多少存款等）。
7. 被邀请人以往来华出入境记录（最后一次来华出入境记录）。 被邀请对象尚在我
国境内的不予受理。
须经常来华（三个月以内两次以上进入中国境内进行商务活动的）的外籍商人，申请资
料必须提供最后一次来华的出入境签证记录。不予提供者，我会不接受申请。 如被邀请人属首次来华，外国公司出具的在职证明扫描件（须用外国公司信笺纸出具该
英文证明，内容包括该外国商人在该公司所任职务、护照号、来华目的、出入境时间、旅费
是否足够等，加盖外国公司公章及相关负责人签名）； 邀请单位出具与外国公司商务往来
证明（有效经贸合同，真实的商务往来email原件的打印件）。
（2）用新护照申请时，需同时提供旧护照复印页及旧护照来华签证记录。

一、申请邀请函的中国企业资格

六、注意事项
1、以上材料均用a4纸复印纸提交，材料不清楚或资料不齐全视为无效申请。
2、如果是顺德贸促会会员的企业，办理时请把会员证复印件连同申请资料一起附上。
3、我会将对所提交的材料进行审查，对符合申请要求的予以办理；不符合要求的材料予
以退回或通知申请单位补充。无法补齐材料的视为无效申请。从材料补齐之日起计算受理日
期。
4、我会根据实际情况需要，可临时通知企业递交相关补充材料或要求企业说明原因。
5、各申请企业应指定专人办理邀请函业务，不得随意更换。我会对不合要求的申请资料
不予退还。
6、我会所发签证通知表及邀请函仅具有建议权，供被邀请外国商人向我驻外国各大使馆、
总领馆申请来华商务签证，最终是否获得签证及签证有效期、出入境次数由我驻外国各大使
馆、总领馆决定。
7、对在申请中弄虚作假的企业，一经查出，将不再接受其申请。我会不接待外商来我会
办公地点申请办理邀请函，请申办单位注意。
七、最新动态
1、各申请企业应指定专人办理商务签证邀请业务（称专办员），不得随意更换，如须更
换专办人员时必须重新备案。
2、被邀请人应在拟入境日期前向中国驻外大使馆、领事馆或签证办公室申请办理入境签
证。
3、邀请单位必须承诺确保被邀请人在华期间遵守我国法律、法规并如期离境，及时向签
发单位报备被邀请人的抵、离境记录；被邀请人因故未来华的，邀请单位须知会签发单位，
以便以后该邀请单位和被邀请人下次办证。
4、签发单位对外国人和邀请单位进行申请资料的核实和跟进管理。发现邀请单位以虚假
资料申请以及发现被邀请人有非法滞留境内等不良记录或违反我国法律法规行为，将由申请
单位承担由此产生的一切法律责任。
5、有下列情形之一的，将停止邀请单位签证通知表申请资格。
（1）被邀请人入境后有违法行为；
（2）邀请单位以谋取商业利益为目的买卖《被授权单位签证通知表》行为；
（3）邀请单位提供虚假材料骗取签证通知表；
（4）邀请单位专办员违规为外单位代办《被授权单位签证通知表》；
（5）邀请单位违规由非本单位专办员代办签证通知表；
（6）领取签证通知表后未能提供被邀请人抵、离境记录，签发单位多次知照仍未改正者；
( 7 ) 被邀请人来穗所从事的活动与申请目的不符；
（8）邀请单位无经营场所。
（9）领取签证通知表后未能提供被邀请人抵、离境记录。
（10）邀请单位不配合签发单位对申请资料提出疑问，要求提供补充说明材料的。
6、（1）阿富汗、伊朗、伊拉克、巴基斯坦、斯里兰卡籍商人执行专门规定，不得指定在
第三国申请签证，指定在第三国申请签证的须提供指定国的居留许可证扫描件；
（2）用新护照申请时，需同时提供旧护照复印页及旧护照来华签证记录。

Born in the State of New York on May 14th, 1984, Mark Zuckerberg was an instant success. In his high school years, he was considered one of top students in the classics, before moving into the arts, sciences, and literature, again picking up high marks and receiving academic praise. It earned him admission to Harvard University.
As a rebellious yet relatively quiet student, he created a website called Facemash in the university– an instantly controversial website that encouraged students to rate each other based on appearance.
The site was controversial for several reasons. The first was its illegal use of photographs, which the university and students took issue with.
