朱行长当即召集刘、杨两位副行长召开行长会，研究制订加强安全保卫措施。
办公室的王主任一边忙着记录，一边为三位行长倒茶。
“小偷是从窗子爬进来的，我早就看出了窗子是安全隐患。”按照常规，朱行长第一个讲话。
“小偷在室内作案，我们的监控设施还没到位，要是室内都装上探头就好了。”刘行长是分管安全保卫工作的，他的发言总是带有专业特点。
杨行长是三把手。他第三个发言：“门卫要加强力量，夜班有必要增加一个人。”看得出，杨行长是费了一番思量的，他想了半天，终于把自己的“措施”说了出来。
朱行长吩咐道：“王主任，你把会议记要写好，写份要求增加安全设施费用10万元的报告给市行。”
会后，行政科老孙悄悄告诉朱行长：“昨晚是水电工到阳台上修电灯开关，出来忘了关门。”
朱行长一脸严肃地说：“以后要真出了事，咋办?”
老孙不再说什么了。
10天后，行内一至六搂所有的窗子都装上了防盗网：二楼和三楼机关工作人员的办公室都装上了监控探头，行里新来一名临时工，负责夜间值班。
不出一个星期，全行人摸清了这样一个事实：朱行长的妻弟是做门窗生意的;刘行长的儿子学的是电子专业。在省城一家公司做营销;新来的临时工是杨行长乡下的表舅。
安全寓言小故事
有一种小鸟叫寒号鸟。秋天到了，鸟们都各自忙开了，有的结伴飞到南边越冬;有的留下来，整天辛勤忙碌，积聚食物，修理窝巢，做好过冬的准备。只有寒号鸟，既没有飞到南方去的本领，又不愿劳动。
冬天终于来了，鸟们都归到自己温暖的窝巢里。到了夜间，寒号鸟只有躲在石缝里，冻得浑身直哆嗦，它不停地叫着：好冷啊，好冷啊，等天亮了我一定造个窝。等到天亮后，太阳出来了，温暖的阳光一照，它又忘记了昨夜的寒冷。最后，它没能混过寒冷的冬天，终于冻死在岩石缝里了。
安全警示：不能好了伤疤忘了痛。安全生产一定要牢记“安全第一，预防为主”的方针，决不能敷衍了事，得过且过。
