(2)经济、时间条件欠佳,但是职业规划就是要进金融机构,考进银行的,那就没有条件,创造条件也要上了!

一般情况,要找大的机构,最好大半个中国有分校遍,至少有着雄厚的师资、权威的研发,绝对了解考情,学员被欺骗的可能性很小。

导语:下面是某位同学应聘恒生银行的经验分享和面试题目。
恒生的笔试和面试都在HSBC面试结束之后,估计身为HSBC GROUP的一员,要服从先后关系的说。
恒生的笔试分两部分,第一部分和HSBC的一模一样,连题目都没有变,晕啊;第二部分是 一篇英语作文,有两个题目可以选:1是影响LOCAL COMPANY LISTED OVERSEA的因素有哪些 ,2是比较长三角和珠三角。我自然选了第一个题目来写,就按照一般答题的规范:INTRO DUCTION—正文—CONCLUSION,然后中间若干FIRST OF ALL云云。大概写了500字左右。 一周左右收到面试通知,在船舶大厦(记不清楚了?)的一楼面试。 面试的HR叫WENDY,是香港人(每年的HR都是她,所以......),还是相当礼貌的,明显比之 前HSBC的那个要客气一些。大家先中文自我介绍,然后进入英文PRESENTATION。 她让我抽个题目,我抽了打开一看,题目只有一个词组:CUSTOMER SERVICE。好无厘头。可以有30秒准备时间,她看着表让我思考一下。我只觉得脑子里面一片空白,只好提醒自 己不管说什么,不要停顿就是了。 30秒瞬间结束,我先用了范式开头,然后什么EXECUTIVE SUMMARY啊INTRODUCTION之类通通 不管了,直接进入正文阶段,因为实在不知道说什么,就把CFA里对CLIENT的那一套拿出来 蒙混,比如OBJECTIVES,CONSTRAINTS,ADJUSTMENTS等等,一口气说了3分钟被叫停,然后 说了一个范式结尾。 下面开始正规英语问题,WENDY的英语不错,没有很明显的口音,先问了和HSBC类似的举例子问题,照例回答。
第二个问题比较有新意,其实也是很有针对性的:

于是我问了她两个职位的区别,她泛泛说了下,说是SUPPORT需要一些BACKGROUND,于是我 选了SUPPORT.
5。她果然问:YOU HAVE CHOSEN SUPPORT POSITION. SO, DO YOU THINK YOU HAVE ANY P ROBLEMS IN YOUR COMMUNICATION SKILLS?
我知道她会这么问,于是回答:我COMMUNICATION方面毫无问题,甚至还很擅长,有社团活 动为证;只不过作为一个FINANCE MAJOR的学生,我觉得去SUPPORT部门的话,更适合发挥我的长处,毕竟与其他专业的学生相比,这才是FINANCE学生的优势所在。
6。如果让你卖东西给人家,别人不愿意买,你能最终说服别人买下来吗?
我当时很奇怪她会问这个问题,我又不是来应征SALES,于是就很白痴地回答:IT DEPEND S. I WILL FIRSTLY MAKE CLEAR WHAT IS THE TARGETED GROUP. IF HE/SHE IS WITHIN THIS GROUP, I THINK I CAN CONVINCE HIM/HER;IF NOT, I WILL TRY MY BEST.
到此英语面试结束,她开始换中文,不标准,不过能听懂。
7。觉得自己偏内向还是外向?
8。你现在在南京,这个工作可能会在上海,可能会在香港,你父母会有想法吗?
我说没问题。然后又聊了聊,告诉我流程,说这是SEMIFINAL,下次就是FINAL面了。最后让我问她一个问题,我就让她比较香港和上海这两个城市,于是她明贬实褒了一下香港。
面试以SEE U, MERRY X'MAS结束。
之后没有OFFER,也没有拒信,反正是挂了。
