I still remember an unforgettable experience. Last summer I visited Mexico City to see the ancient things in the museum there. But I was sure I would find it if I walked a little. After an hour I was still walking. I was completely lost. Just then a policeman came over and showed me the nearest station. I looked at the subway map and didn’t know which line to take. In fact I wasn’t shown which station I was in. Most people would give up in that situation but not me.
After I thought it over, I knew exactly what to do. I went upstairs and took a taxi.

Just as the slogan says,” Exercise one hour a day, keep illness away.” These days all the teenagers has spent all their time doing homework and spent less time exercising, so they are weaker and weaker. The school and the government have paid attention to it. They think we should take more exercise to be healthy because exercising is as important as study. We are supposed to take a lot of exercise, including running, swimming and all kinds of ball games. As for me, I often play basketball after class. After all, we can’t do anything well without strong bodies.
