花篢镇中心学校2015年秋季学期教育教学工作计划
一、指导思想
全面贯彻执行党和国家的教育方针，以十八大精神和科学发展观统领教育教学工作，和谐推进新课程改革，全面提高教师素质，全面提高教育教学质量。
二、工作思路
1、落实工作责任，签订安全美丽校园等工作责任状、防辍保学责任状，抓好学校安全工作、美丽校园工作、学生入学巩固率入园率等工作达标。
2、落实专人负责，抓好幼教、成教、远教、信息教育等工作。
3、加强教师队伍建设，提升教师自身素质。
4、强化教学常规管理，规范教师教学行为。
5．举办各种教研活动，努力提高教师的整体素质。
6、狠抓毕业班工作，力争质量有所好转。
7、抓好新教师和教学点的教学指导，促进教育教学质量均衡发展。
8、 力争我镇教育教学质量2016年上一个台阶。
三、工作要点：
1、认真抓好普九、幼教工作，签订防辍工作责任状，确保学生巩固率、入园率。
2、认真抓好成教工作。努力完成上级确定的工作目标。
3、狠抓学校安全工作、美丽校园工作，签订工作责任状，责任到人。
4、扎好做好远教、信息教育工作。
5、认真抓好教学工作：
（1）配合教研室举行小学“送教下乡、送教下村”活动。
（2）召开学校领导和六年级任课教师年度教学工作会议，总结、分析期考情况。
（3）关注新教师和教学点的教学指导，努力提升薄弱学校教师专业素质及教学水平。
（4）组织相关人员到外地实地考查先进学校教学及教改经验。
（5）组织全镇教学研讨活动，提高教师教学业务水平。
（6）鼓励教师积极参加上级各种培训、课题研究和论文撰写，总结经验。
（7）深入学校指导教育教学工作，加强对学校、特岗教师的指导，督促检查各学校开展
校本教研活动，向科研要质量，强化教学管理。向课堂要质量。
（8）狠抓小考工作，坚持抽考、模拟考制度，力争明年我镇小学毕业会考有进步。
（9）全镇教学常规管理大检查。
6、做好迎接教研室开展的教学常规大检查工作。
