He began his career at the age of 18 when he became the youngest player in league history to be drafted out of high school . And in 15 years, he has become the best player of this league . As the most fabulous Shooting Guard after Michael Jordan . He once scored 81 points at a single game in 2006.The next year, he got four 50+ games in straight. In 2008,He got the MVP award, and lead Lakers back to the top .

Kobe couldn’t have seized this success if he hadn’t worked like crazy for years perfecting his skills. There are no short cuts to hard work. Success is a by product of that。

In November 1999, 21 year old Bryant met 17 year old Vanessa Laine while she was working as a background dancer. Bryant was in the building working on his debut musical album. At that time, Laine was still a senior at Marina High School. Then the two began dating and were engaged in May 2000 . Due to the media, she finished high school through independent study. According to Vanessa's cousin Laila Laine, there was no prenuptial agreement. Vanessa said Kobe "loved her too much for one".

Interestingly, Gianna was born 6 minutes ahead of former teammate Shaquille O'Neal's daughter Me'arah Sanaa, who was born in Florida.

I don't want to talk about the construction of our country politics, and also speak impassioned speech on the Diaoyu Island event .I just want to appeal young people,showing the side of youth,good and confidence.We must learn to organize our own thoughts, correct our own concept, and change our direction to the right side in future life. China dream actually lies in our young generation, especially of the intellectuals.

在美国有句俗语：“如果你想成为职业球员，你就得找对父母亲。”虽然我的父亲会把他的宝贝儿子叫作牛排，但他的确是一个天赋很高的篮球运动员。德尔哈里斯，我在湖人队的第一位教练，曾说：“乔可以做出任何动作，他的传球技术在全联盟仅逊色于‘魔术师’，但他生来应该在禁区里谋食，而不是去打控球后卫。” 但没有哪支球队愿意接受他那种纯表演性的篮球风格。为了养家糊口，于是我们全家搬到了意大利。
从我会走路开始，篮球就是我唯一喜欢的运动。我总是会在脑海中幻想出不同的敌手，然后想尽办法去突破这些敌人的防守。到了意大利，没有小朋友陪我玩，篮球更成了我童年时最大的乐趣。因为足球才是意大利人的最爱，所有的小孩都热衷于足球。唉，蠢笨的家伙，还有什么能比篮球更吸引人呢?
我是从意大利上小学的，全班同学没有一个人讲英语，而我对意大利语根本不懂。在意大利的头几个月，我只是呆呆地坐在教室里，看着老师的教鞭挥来挥去。第一年之后，我便能说一口流利的意大利语了。
不到10岁，我就和父亲开始了一对一的练习。我的球技在父亲的指导下进步很快，渐渐父亲已不是我的对手了。我常常看大洋彼岸传送过来的NBA球赛节目，卧室里贴满了乔丹、伯德和“魔术师”的海报。我觉得他们在球场上玩出的魔术自己也能做到。我需要更高的挑战，需要到篮球的最高圣殿去实现自己的理想。当然，这一切都要回到美国才能得到证实。
1991年，我们全家搬回了美国。我和姐姐就读于劳尔梅里恩中学。在这里我又一次体会到了异乡的孤独。在没有同伴的学校里，我将绝大部分时间消耗在球场上。
入校不久，我就开始参加校篮球队训练，随学校二队打球。可刚开始时，我连队友们在场上呼喊的一些俚语都听不懂，很难和别人形成默契配合。虽然我能够轻松地突破对手的防守，可我找不到传球对象。我常常会从后场带球，穿越整个球场，突破所有对手得分。这使13岁的我在球场上显得特别抢眼。这吸引了校队教练格雷格·道纳的注意。
一个星期五的下午，校篮球队的学生们都放学了，空旷的球场上洒满了阳光。我正一个人在运球上篮，忽然看见道纳信步走到场边。
“嘿，科比，你在和谁斗牛呢?”
“你好，教练，我在和‘影子敌人’决斗。”我擦擦汗，略带羞涩地回答道。
“影子敌人”激起了道纳的兴趣，他走上场去，对我说：“好吧，我现在就是你真正的敌人，让我们来一场真正的斗牛吧!输的今晚请客。”

自从我成为校队主力后，我发誓要让劳尔梅里恩这所学校的篮球历史改写。这所贵族学校培养过许多费城政界、商界、娱乐圈的名人大腕，但从来没有培养出过一个体育明星。
暑假到来了，我开始了全面的自我训练，每天坚持晨跑、跳绳、举重，还在后院安上一个3.2米高的篮框，偷偷地练习扣篮——这个低篮筐给了我极大的自信。此外，父亲的指导也让我的球场视野大为开阔。我的nba生涯开始倒计时。
一年后的我身高已经超过1.90米，劳尔梅里恩校队在我的带领下取得了历史性的突破：在分区联赛中拿下了建校57年来的第一个冠军，然后又以16胜6负的战绩从费城中学联赛中部赛区突围，进入了宾夕法尼亚州高中大联赛。14岁的我平均每场得22分、10个篮板球。虽然在全州联赛里，劳尔梅里恩队没能通过第一轮，但我的能力引起了不小的轰动。

“凌晨四点的洛杉矶”，这是科比的自称。
自从他进NBA以来，长期坚持早晨四点起床练球，每天都要投进一千个球才算结束。因此，当有记者问科比为什么能那么成功时，科比反问道：“你知道洛杉矶早晨四点的样子吗?”记者摇头。“我知道每天洛杉矶早晨四点的样子。”科比说，他的成功完全出于他的勤奋，当大多数人都还在睡梦中时，他已出现在湖人队训练房了。
网上也曾流传过科比在天还没有亮时开车到训练馆训练的视频，但凌晨四点的故事还是让人将信将疑。上周，一位名叫罗伯特·阿勒特的美国训练师，又爆出了科比去年夏天魔鬼训练的内幕故事：《我和科比的训练故事》。那是科比为美国队备战2012年伦敦奥运会时，在拉斯维加斯的一段训练经历。“美国队首次合练前一晚，我记得当时已经是凌晨3点30分，我躺在床上看《卡萨布兰卡》。在半醒半睡之间，我的电话忽然响起，我一看是科比打来的，便略带紧张地接了电话。”罗伯特·阿勒特回忆说。“罗伯特，希望没打扰你。”科比在电话里说。“没有，科比，什么事呢?”罗伯特回答。“我想知道，你是否能帮我做点体能训练。”科比说。

波兰女诗人辛波斯卡在一首诗里说：“清晨4点没有人感觉舒畅。”是的，比如我很少在这个时候起床，我要么是酣然入睡，要么是熬了夜，刚刚入睡;只有特殊事情的人才会在清晨4点醒来，但那种感受一定不够舒畅。
我平时很少看网上的体育频道，最近却在这种频道上无意间看到一个记者问“篮球天才”科比·布莱恩特：“你为什么能如此成功?”科比竟然反问道：“你 知道洛杉矶每天早上4点钟是什么样子吗?”这句话让我很感兴趣，我想知道洛杉矶清晨4点跟一个人的成功能有什么关系?
实际上连勤奋敬业的记者也不知道早上 4点的洛杉矶是什么样子，科比就自问自答：“满天星星，寥落的灯光，行人很少。究竟是什么样子，我也不太清楚。但这没有关系，你说是吗?每天早上4点，洛 杉矶仍然在黑暗中，我就起床行走在黑暗的洛杉矶街道上……”
科比讲到这里，我终于意识到清晨4点为什么跟科比的成功有关系，身为一名篮球运动员，他坚持每天清晨4点就起床，除了去做体能训练和投篮练习，还能 做什么?据科比自己讲，他这样坚持了一天又一天，洛杉矶清晨4点的黑暗始终没有改变，而他却逐渐发生了变化，就好像光明一点一点地来到他的人生里，让他从 一个默默无闻的人变成一个万众瞩目的明星。
“10多年过去了，洛杉矶早晨4点的黑暗仍然没有改变，但我已变成了肌肉强健、有体能、有力量、有着很高投篮命中率的运动员。”科比说。
此话不假，今天的科比仍然能够在比自己年轻10岁的年轻队员头上扣篮，并创造出单场比赛夺得81分的个人记录。即便是在训练房中，他的投篮命中率也 并不随意：以前他的目标是每天不投中800个球绝不停止，后来在同样的时间里，他已经能够命中1000个球，达不到这个目标同样绝不停止。
科比的话让我深受感动，一个追求事业成功的人就应该这样勇于在黑暗的清晨4点奋力打造自己的“光明”，让自己在黑暗中发热、点燃、淬火，最终如一把 宝剑在苏醒过来的时间中光华四射，“精光射天地，雷腾不可冲”。最可贵的是，在成为篮球明星后，科比仍然能够在“没有人感觉舒畅”的清晨4点起床坚持训 练，似乎自己仍是当初走进清晨4点黑暗中的无名练习者。

有关科比的报道可以从励志方面来理解，这无疑又是一个“天才出于勤奋”的典型例子，我却仍想引用辛波斯卡的诗句来结束这篇文章：“如果蚂蚁在清晨4 点感觉不错，我们就给它们三声欢呼。”在我看来，清晨4点的“蚂蚁”更需要鼓励，在他们实现梦想之前，在迎来光明之前，我们更应该给他们“三声欢呼”。
