Confirmation of Acceptance for
Studies (CAS)
录取确认函（CAS） Before you can apply for permission to enter or remain in the UK under Tier 4 (General), your education provider must assign a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) to you. This confirms that you have been given an
unconditional offer of a place on a course of study with a licensed Tier 4
sponsor.
申请第四层级（普通类）学生签证前，您的英方接收院校必须给您出具录取确认函
（CAS），以确认您已经获得了具有第四层级课程担保资格的担保方给您的无条件
录取通知。
Write your CAS reference number on your application form - your Tier 4 sponsor
will give you the reference number.

【三】:【解读】UKVI于2015年7月14日宣布的Tier4签证规定的变动计划
【解读】UKVI于2015年7月14日宣布的Tier 4签证规定的变动计划
从2015年8月3日开始：
之前在英国学习过的学生申请新的英国签证，新课程的级别必须比之前的课程级别高。
如果学生之前在英国学习过，新课程级别不是递进上升的，即无法接收学习同级别或者低于之前课程级别的课程的学生。
请注意：
1.学生之前持SVV/ESVV或者Tier 4 Child签证学习，不受此政策影响。
2.此外，如果学生获得英国的文凭，但是没有去过英国学习，也不受此政策影响。
3.8月3日之前网上支付签证申请费的学生不受影响。
4.如果学生之前在英国学习过，并且受到此政策影响，在9月开课，请他们务必在8月3日之前网上支付签证申请费。当然，请学生务必保证担保金已经存满28天。
5.另外，如果学生已经入读，但是有挂科，需要重读一个科目(module)或者重读一个学期，即便是同级别，也不受此政策影响，可以在英国续签。
从2015年11月12日开始：
1)学习学位课程级别以下的课程，时间限制从3年缩短为2年。
2)学生不可以在英国续签签证，除非他们在嵌入式学院（embedded college）学习，并且也不能将Tier 4签证转为Tier 2或者Tier5签证。
3) 如：Kaplan International Colleges旗下的利物浦国际学院，格拉斯哥国际学院，诺丁汉特伦特国际学院，布莱顿国际学院，伯恩茅斯国际学院和西英格兰大学（布里斯托）国际学院都是嵌入式学院，所以学生可以在英国续签签证。
6)在英国续签签证的所有Tier 4学生都必须表明他们有充足的资金支付最长9个月的生活费。
7)目前，在英国续签的学生需表明有能力支付2个月的生活费，生活费标准依然为伦敦以内每个月1020英镑，伦敦以外每个月820英镑。www.shanpow.com_tier4签证材料。
8)从11月12日开始，在英国和其他国家申请签证的学生所需的担保金要求会变成一样，同时生活费标准将会提高：伦敦以内变为每个月1265英镑，伦敦以外变为每个月1015英镑。

英国政府又变更签证入境条例，前不久的禁止打工热潮还没有退去，这一波的再次来袭，英国留学生活费将提高?YES!下面86留学网来为大家解析此次签证变动的详情。
英国作为世界顶尖大学的聚集地，其教学质量毋庸置疑，英国大学是很多亚洲同学们向往的留学圣地。可最近英国政府陆续颁布的几道英国留学签证条例变更，轰动整个留学圈，在此，我们只能说一句“霸气!”言归正传，今天收到英国签证与移民局(UKVI)的最新消息：
今年7月13日发布的Tier 4签证入境条例变更信息，除了针对读继续教育学院的学生有工作限制条例外，从2015年8月和11月开始，用于办签证的生活费用有所调整，学期长度计算有所调整，续签相同等级的学科受限，并限制了可就读的机构及课程。
生活费用提高
今年11月12日起，Tier 4学生签证所要求的生活费证明将有所提高，同时取消了在英满一年者、续签只需提交2个月生活费的政策。
另外，新政将Essex(埃塞克斯郡)、Surrey(萨里郡)等这一类地区都纳入“大伦敦”范围，因此这些地区的生活费也按照伦敦内生活费计算。
具体来说，生活费用标准提高为：伦敦外由820英镑/月提高为1015英镑/月，伦敦外由1020英镑/月提高为1265英镑/月。
