导入新颖自然,易让学生接受。课堂教学的导入,是教师在新的教学内容或活动开始时引导学生进入学习的行为方式。导入是课堂教学的一个有机组成部分,是实际教学的前奏,起着“引子”的作用。Well begun, half done.组织好一堂课的开端,可以抓住学生、控制课堂,促进学生积极思维的作用。课堂开始时的warm-up,教师通过Free talking “What’s your favourite food/season/sport?和学生自由地聊天,很自然地引出了Let’s do.并为接下去的教学作铺垫。新授短语的引出形式多样,充公调动了学生的学习积极性。王老师运用2个riddles 分别引出,play ,by plane, ship, by ship.让学生touch and guess 教师fish bag 里面的东西,引出bike, by bike, car, by car, bus, by bus.听火车的声音引出短语train, by train.再通过与train 的比较引出subway.最后,通过猜一猜学生熟悉的同学怎样去学校引出on foot..不同的短语引出方式,使学生一直保持一种新鲜感,使学生的思维总处于活跃状态,不至于因单调的教学方式而感到疲劳。

创设贴近生活实际的情境。《英语课程标准》指出:在设计教学活动时,活动不应该仅限于课堂教学,而要延伸到课堂之外的学习和生活中。王老师以学生熟悉的人和事为素材进行教学,如在引出新短语“on foot”和句型“I go to school on foot.”时,教师采集了学生熟悉的同学上学的场景,有同班同学和其他班在学生中有知名度的学生,让其他学生猜一猜“How do they go to school?”既复习了前面所学的词组,同时又自然地引出“on foot”,学生很感兴趣,更好地为运用语言提供了真实的语言环境。

板书设计新颖,有效,符合学生的认知特点。从教具单词卡片的制作到黑板上的呈现,王老师也着实花了一番心思。本节课中的7个表示交通方式的短语,可以分为海,陆,空三种不同的交通路线,教师通过上中下三块进行区分体现,另外与交通工具搭配的介词on与by, 教师在黑板上呈现时也进行了归类,便于学生表达运用不出错。

及时评价,增强学生的学习自信。课堂教学中的评价机智,心理学研究表明,如果教师能在教学活动中让学生反复多次获得成功,体验成功的乐趣,就能引起他们的求知欲,使他们产生比较稳固的学习动机。本节课上当学生完成课堂活动时,教师使用good/very good/well done/wonderful 等激励性语言对学生的学习活动作出肯定与激励的评价。而且一位平时较差的同学晓东在老师的引导下正确发言,教师能不失时机地引导全班同学以掌声的方式对他的表现表示肯定,给他以鼓励。在全班同学,那么多听课老师的面前表扬他,相信对他的触动是很大的,给他学习的兴趣与动力。

本节课中还存在着一些不足的地方:

  1、动词变为动名词的规则:

  动词变为动名词,即是动词加ing。一般要遵循以下三条规则:

  (1)一般情况下,在动词的后面直接加ing。如:play-playing   read-reading   do-doing   go-going

  (2)以不发音的字母e结尾的动词,要去掉不发音的字母e,再加ing。如:write-writing  ride-riding  make-making  dance-dancing

  动词变为第三人称单数形式的规则:

  (1)在一个句子中,如果主语人称既不是你,也不是我,而是另外的一个人,这时的人称叫做第三人称单数。

  (2)在第三人称单词的句子中,动词要使用第三人称单词形式。

  (3)动词变为第三人称单数形式,要遵循以下规则:

  ①一般情况下,在动词的后面直接加s。如:

  read--reads  make-makes  write-writes

  ②以字母s, x, o , sh , ch结尾的动词,在词尾加es。如:do-does  wash-washe  teach-teaches  go-goes   pass-passes

  (5)第三人称单数的肯定句在变为否定句时,在动词的前面加doesn't. 动词恢复原形。如:He lives in Beijing.---He doesn't live in Beijing.

  (6) 第三人称单数的陈述句在变为一般疑问句时,用does开头,后面的动词也要变为原形。如:He lives in Beijing.---Does he live in Beijing?注意:用来does,后面的动词就不能用第三人称形式。
